There are so many activities scheduled at Fattoria La Maliosa during the summer season, which will welcome guests with dedicated experiences and participation in events organized in collaboration with the “Movimento Turismo del Vino Toscana”.
We decided to build an initiative path suitable for all ages, which enhances the Maremma area and its characteristics. Let’s start with a beautiful horse riding experience, which can be booked directly on our website. Every day, except Saturday, it will be possible to ride through meadows, vineyards, olive groves, a forest and a stream, to arrive on Monte Cavallo at about 320 meters above sea level.
On Saturdays at 4.00 pm you can book the tastings of Fattoria La Maliosa natural wines, EVO bio oils, toghether with a selection of Maremma cold cuts of Aia della Colonna and a selection of cheese of Ceseificio di Manciano. On Fridays at 5.00 pm we wait for you for our Pic Nic in the Olive grove. In a walk through our olive trees you can learn about tuscan cultivars and recognize their differences. Then, in the shadow of our centenary olive trees, the sunset that colors the Maremma hills , you can taste our freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil.
On Thursday July the 22nd we are waiting for you at the “Bagno La Dolce Vita” in Marina di Grosseto, for a special event, the theme is ‘The naturalness of wine’, part of a program of tasting events designed by Antonio Stelli.
For trekking lovers, here again a much loved appointment, the Naturalistic Trekking with two available dates: July the 30th and August the 26th. We will start at 5pm with a path that will allow you to explore the Fattoria La Maliosa estate, the vineyards and olive groves, with an expert guide, enjoying the sunset and the ending of the day with a tasting picnic.
On Tuesday August the 10th, at 6.00 pm, we are waiting for you for one of the most anticipated events of the Tuscan summer, Calici di Stelle. While waiting for the shooting stars in the starry night of San Lorenzo, wonderful in the Maremma nights, you can enjoy a picnic with our natural wines, our organic Evo oil and Maremma local products.
On Saturday August the 28th we will be partner of an event organized with “L’Altra Maremma” Tourist Consortium, which includes a tasting of natural wines and organic Evo oil from Fattoria La Maliosa, as part of an evening, scheduled in Saturnia from 6,30pm to 10pm, organized in the spaces of the Consortium, in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, 19.
We will also open the doors of our cellar to the wine lovers in caravans and campers to offer them a one-night stop in our biodynamic farm, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. We join to the Camper Friendly “Donne del Vino” project created together with the TCI – Italian Touring Club which aims to bring winemaking closer to those who make itinerant tourism and understand the journey as an exciting discovery that brings them into a direct contact with nature, territories and people. Here at Fattoria La Maliosa you can sleep a few steps from the vineyard and the cellar, under one of the darkest and starry skies in Italy. Campers will be able to stop at Fattoria La Maliosa every day, except Saturdays.
